These substitutes have been fabricated of many roasted grains, etc., but often with little flavor. FINALLY, experimentally roasting late into the night, our food alchemists have formulated the perfect coffee ALTERNATIVE ( i.e. a warm beverage you CHOOSE to drink ): ERSATZ (tm).
We hand-craft Ersatz, a caffeine-free "coffee alternative" with a delicious roasted-grain-and-nutty
flavor. It is sold in unbleached-paper brewing-bags, each one making an 8-ounce cup of brewed ErsatzCoffee. (Steep in one cup of hot water for 3-5 minutes; delicious with cream/sugar!)
